    Shopping at is very easy. Just follow these steps:

    -Choose the section (women's shoes, men's shoes, girls' shoes, boys' shoes, unisex shoes, handbags, accessories, others) the family and subfamily.

    -View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.

    -Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

    -If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or as a returning customer with your user name.

    -Choose whether you would like to collect your order at one of our Heymo stores or have it delivered through express delivery.

    -Select a payment method: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

    -Confirm the order.

    -You will receive an email confirming your order.




    In which countries is it possible to shop online?

    You can currently shop in Spain.


    How many languages is it possible to browse in?

    The browsing languages are: English, Spanish, Catalan.


    Are the online store prices the same as those in my usual Heymo store?

    Yes, but if there is any difference between the prices shown on the website and those marked on the label on the articles, the correct price will be the one shown on the purchase ticket.


    Are out-of-stock items restocked?

    If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.


    Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

    Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.


    Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about Heymo's latest new products and offers?

    Yes. By simply clicking on Newsletter you will receive information on Heymo's latest products.


    Can I cancel my Heymo Newsletter subscription?

    You can easily cancel your subscription by sending an email to, adding your e-mail and writting “cancel my Heymo Newsletter subscription”.


    How do I recover my forgotten password?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your access data to our shop online.


    How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

    Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and if the payment has been completed, you will receive a payment confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our custome service (0034 971 507 501).


    Can I remove items from my order?

    Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.


    Can I cancel my order?

    Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows you to. To do this, send an email to or contact our customer service (0034 971 507 501).


    What should I do if I receive a faulty item? only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service (0034 971 507 501).


    What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

    If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service (971 507 501).




    What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

    We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.


    Why might my credit card be refused?

    Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

    • The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

    • You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

    • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.



    Can I include my company’s details on my invoice?

    Yes. Simply send an email to including your tax details.



    Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

    Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. The system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.





    Where can I receive my order?


    It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box) or to the Heymo store of your choice.


    How long will my order take to arrive?



    -Balearic Islands: store deliveries take 3 to 5 working days, and deliveries 48-72 hours (working days), except Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera, where deliveries take between 3 and 5 working days.

    -Peninsula: The delivery time take between 3 and 5 working days.


    How much do I pay for delivery service?



    -Balearic Islands: for store delivery, the shipping is free. The express delivery costs are 3,95€.

    -Peninsula: the express delivery costs are 3,95€. 


    What is the home delivery process?

    If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.


    What is the store delivery process?

    If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a text message when your order has arrived (you will have 15 days to collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the ID of the person who collects the parcel.




    How do I return an item?

    The easiest way to return an item is to take it to one of our Heymo store. The items must be in perfect condition, and you must have the corresponding receipt.

    If you cannot go to a store, you can ask for the item to be picked up from your home. After checking your details, we will dispatch a carrier to pick up your parcel within 24-48h (working days) in Spain. In other countries, the customer will allways pay the return deliveries expenses. Please, send an email to  including the order number, your personal data and the reason of the return, or you can contact our customer sevice (0034 971 507 501), from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.


    How long do I have to return an item?

    All returns must be made within 15 days of the email confirming shipment. This is in addition to your right to return an item within 10 days from the date of receiving the order.


    Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

    Returns at are always free in Spain.


    How will I receive my refund?

    Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase, less shipping expenses.



    When will I receive my refund?

    Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and have its corresponding labels and package) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

    Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.



    What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

    Contact our customer service (0034 971 507 501), and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.


    (You just can apply for one collection for each order)

  reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.



    Can I exchange my products?

    Yes, you have two options:

    1. In one of our stores, you can exchange:

        - FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR COLOUR, as long as it is the same price, no additional payment necessary.

        - FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM, paying the diference if the wished item has a higher amount, or, if it is lower, the diference will be paid by a purchase certificate.

    2. If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.



    How long do I have to make an exchange?

    All exchanges must be made within 15 days of the email confirming shipment.



    Can I exchange my items at any Heymo store?

    Yes, as long as you present the receipt and its corresponding box.
